TradeCalmly offers both free and premium subscription plans:

• Annual Plan: $39.99/year (regularly $79.99) - equivalent to $3.33/month

Billing terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

You agree not to use the service to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or engage in harmful activities

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeCalmly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Trading losses or financial damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You can cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• We may discontinue the service with 30 days' notice

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we may delete your account data according to our data retention policy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification
• Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms
